Services

Ten kinds of care, one front desk.

Everyday general practice sits at the centre. Around it we've gathered the services your GP would send you to anyway — in the same building, sharing the same reception.

General Practice (GP)

Everyday family medicine for all ages: acute problems, ongoing conditions, children's health, women's and men's health, skin checks, scripts and referrals. Standard and long appointments both available.

  • Standard & long consultations
  • Telehealth where suitable
  • Chronic condition reviews

Dentistry

Visiting dental care for the whole family — examinations, cleans, fillings and routine treatment, with early appointments for school-age children.

  • Check-ups & cleans
  • Routine restorative work

Optometry

Comprehensive eye tests, prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, and vision checks from school age through to older adults.

  • Eye examinations
  • Children's vision screening

Physiotherapy

Assessment and hands-on treatment for injuries, back and neck pain, and recovery after surgery, with exercise programs you can actually keep up.

  • Injury rehabilitation
  • Post-operative recovery

Chiropractic

Spinal and joint care for stiffness, headaches and postural strain, coordinated with your GP where that's the sensible approach.

  • Spinal & joint assessment
  • Ongoing treatment plans

Psychology & Mental Health

Talking therapy in a quiet consulting room away from the main waiting area. Your GP handles the referral and the reviews, so nothing falls between services.

  • Individual sessions
  • GP referral & review support

Podiatry

Foot, nail and gait care including diabetes foot checks, heel and arch pain, and advice on footwear or orthotics.

  • Diabetes foot checks
  • Gait & orthotic advice

Dietetics & Nutrition

Practical eating plans built around your household, budget and week — not a printout you'll never look at twice.

  • Everyday meal planning
  • Support alongside GP care

Osteopathy

Whole-body manual therapy for stiffness, strain and long-running aches, with attention to how you move rather than just where it hurts.

  • Manual therapy
  • Movement & posture review

Nursing & Community Care

Our nurse clinic handles immunisations, dressings and wound checks, stitch removal, health assessments and home-based follow-up for patients who can't easily travel.

  • Immunisations & travel vaccines
  • Dressings & wound care
  • Health assessments

Appointment types

The four slots we run.

Not sure which one fits? The helper on our home page asks four practical questions and suggests one — no symptoms, no diagnosis, just logistics.

15 min

Standard consultation

One matter to discuss, with room for a script or certificate alongside it.

30 min

Long consultation

More than one matter, a first visit with a longer history, or paperwork that needs care. A 45-minute double is available when the list is longer again.

20 min

Nurse clinic

Immunisations, dressings, stitch removal and health checks with a practice nurse. In person only.

15 min

Telehealth

Phone or video for follow-ups, results and simple matters. Anything needing an examination has to be in person.

Fees & billing

You'll know the cost before you arrive.

Fees vary by appointment type, its length, which practitioner you see and your own circumstances. Rather than publish a figure that may not apply to you, we ask reception to confirm what your booking will cost at the time you make it.

Bring your Medicare card, and any concession or DVA card you hold, so we can process everything correctly on the day. If cost is a barrier to getting care, tell reception when you call — it's a conversation worth having before you cancel an appointment.

Payment is taken at the front desk after your appointment, and any rebate you're entitled to is lodged at the same time.

Book the appointment that fits.

Reception is on the phone from 8am weekdays, and from 8:30am on Saturdays.
