Appointment helper
The most common booking problem is a fifteen-minute slot with forty minutes of things to cover. Answer four practical questions and we'll suggest the right appointment type and length — then you can book it with confidence.
If you have a medical emergency, call 000. This helper only sorts out appointment length and type — it does not ask about symptoms, provide medical advice or suggest a diagnosis. If you're not sure, book anything and reception will move you to the right slot.
Under one roof
Everyday family medicine: check-ups, ongoing conditions, children's health, women's and men's health, referrals and scripts.
Visiting dental care in the same building — examinations, cleans and routine treatment for the whole family.
Eye tests, prescriptions and vision checks for school-age children through to older adults.
Assessment and hands-on treatment for injuries, back and neck pain, and post-operative recovery.
Spinal and joint care, with treatment plans coordinated alongside your GP where that makes sense.
Talking therapy in a quiet consulting room, with your GP handling the referral and review side.
Foot, nail and gait care, including diabetes foot checks and orthotic advice.
Practical eating plans built around your household, not a printout.
Whole-body manual therapy for stiffness, strain and long-running aches.
Nurse clinic appointments for immunisations, dressings, health checks and home-based follow-up.
How we work
You can ask for the same GP each visit, and we'd encourage it. Knowing your history is what turns a fifteen-minute appointment into something useful rather than a fresh start every time.
Ask reception and we'll hold your preferred doctor's list wherever the timing works.
Dressings, immunisations and health checks run through our nurses, which frees GP time up.
If you have a list, say so when you book. We would much rather set aside the time.
Physio, psychology, podiatry and dietetics visit our rooms, so referrals stay simple.

From our patients
“I booked a long appointment for the first time because the website told me to, and it was the first visit where I got through everything on my list.”
“Our kids see the same GP every time. She remembers them, which makes the whole thing far less of an ordeal.”
“Stitches out with the nurse took ten minutes and I didn't have to take half a day off work for it.”
Common questions
If you have more than one thing to raise, need forms completed, or it's a first visit with a longer history, a longer appointment is usually the right call. The helper above works it out for you.
Yes, and we recommend it. Tell reception who you'd like to see and we'll book their list. If they're away and it can't wait, another of our GPs can see you and will have your notes.
Fees depend on the appointment type, its length and your circumstances. Reception will tell you what applies to your booking before you come in, so there are no surprises at the desk.
For many follow-ups, results and simple matters, yes. Anything needing an examination, a dressing or an injection has to be in person — the helper flags that for you.
Call 000 for an emergency. Otherwise our recorded message directs you to the after-hours service that covers our patients, and anything from that visit comes back to us.
Call reception, or send us a message and we'll come back to you the same working day.
