Home Loans
Owner-occupier lending for buying your next place or your first. We shortlist lenders against how you actually earn — PAYG, self-employed, bonus-heavy or a mix — and explain the trade-offs between rate, offset and flexibility.
Services
Ten things we arrange, all the same way: work out what's genuinely possible, compare the panel properly, then handle the paperwork so you don't have to chase anyone.
Owner-occupier lending for buying your next place or your first. We shortlist lenders against how you actually earn — PAYG, self-employed, bonus-heavy or a mix — and explain the trade-offs between rate, offset and flexibility.
A hard look at the loan you already have. We price the switch properly — break costs, discharge fees, new setup — and if staying put wins, we'll tell you that and put it in writing.
Deposit planning, guarantor options and the government schemes you may be eligible for. Nothing is assumed knowledge, and no question is too basic to ask twice.
Lending built around your portfolio rather than a single purchase — structure, offset placement, interest-only periods and how each choice affects the next property you want to buy.
Buying premises, funding fit-out, or smoothing working capital. We translate what commercial lenders want to see and prepare the file so it reads well the first time.
Limited recourse borrowing arrangements handled carefully and slowly, in step with your accountant and financial adviser. Fewer lenders play here, so knowing which ones matters.
Progress-draw finance matched to your builder's schedule. We manage the valuations and the drawdown requests so trades get paid without a fortnight of phone tag.
A pre-approval you can bid on with confidence, with every condition and expiry date spelled out — plus a straight answer on how firm it really is at auction.
Bringing cards, personal loans and car finance into one repayment. We show the total cost over the full term, not just the lower monthly figure, so the decision is made with eyes open.
Vehicles, tools and equipment for households and businesses — novated, chattel mortgage or a straightforward secured loan, priced against your broader lending position.
Before you bid
Plenty of buyers turn up to an auction holding a number that hasn't been properly assessed. We prepare pre-approvals with the documents already verified, so the figure you bid to is the figure that survives to settlement.
Getting started
None of this is needed for a first conversation. It's what we'll ask for once you decide to go ahead.
Two recent payslips, your latest PAYG summary, and three months of transaction statements.
Two years of tax returns and notices of assessment, plus current business financials if you have them.
Photo ID, statements for existing loans and cards, and a rough idea of your monthly spending.
Evidence of your deposit and, once you've found a place, the contract of sale for your conveyancer.
That's a normal place to start. Tell us what you're trying to do and we'll work out the rest.
