Northaven Systems has run IT for Melbourne businesses since 2014. We are deliberately small: the person who scopes your network is the person who configures it, and the help desk is staffed by people who have been inside your building.
Most of our clients came to us after an outage nobody could explain. So we publish what we cover and how fast we move, and we hand over the audit whether or not you sign anything.

- Coverage windows and response targets go in the agreement. If we miss one, you can point at it.

- Month to month. A managed IT contract that needs a three-year term to make sense is not a good contract.
- You own your tenancy
- Licences, domains and admin accounts stay in your name. Leaving us should be tedious, not impossible.
