Before you call
A few things worth knowing.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Nothing is payable until you've signed an engagement agreement, and that only happens after we've both decided the brief is one we can meet.
What should I have ready?
A budget ceiling, the suburbs you're drawn to, and the two or three things you won't compromise on. If you don't have those yet, the buying brief builder on the home page will get you most of the way there.
Do I need finance approved first?
Not to talk to us, but you'll want pre-approval before we start making offers. We don't arrange finance and we're not paid by anyone who does — we'll happily tell you what brokers usually need from you.
Can you help outside Brisbane?
We buy in Brisbane only. If your brief belongs in another city we'd rather say so than take an engagement we can't do well.
I'm interstate or overseas — is that a problem?
Not at all. Video walkthroughs, written appraisals and coordinated inspections mean a number of our clients never stand in the property before settlement day.
