FAQ

Do I need a referral?
Not for most services — you can book directly with physiotherapy, psychology, dietetics and our other allied health practitioners. Some rebates may require a referral or care plan from your GP; ask our team and we'll talk you through it.
How long is a typical appointment?
Most appointments run 20–45 minutes depending on the service, with unhurried time built in so nothing feels rushed.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, for a number of our services — including psychology and dietetics follow-ups. Let us know when booking and we'll set it up.
