Capabilities

Nine practices, one accountable team.

Most businesses don't need nine vendors. They need one team that understands how the pieces affect each other — and says so before the invoice.

01

Cloud Computing & Migration

Move workloads to cloud without a big-bang weekend. We plan, stage and cut over with a rollback path at every step.

02

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Practical controls sized to your business: identity, endpoint, email and the documentation to evidence them.

03

Managed IT & Support

A responsive helpdesk plus proactive maintenance, so most issues are handled before anyone raises a ticket.

04

Software Development

Custom internal tools and integrations that remove the spreadsheets quietly holding your process together.

05

Data Analytics & BI

Bring scattered data into one reporting layer so decisions run on numbers rather than recollection.

06

AI & Automation Solutions

Automate the repeatable work first — quoting, onboarding, reporting — with a human check where it counts.

07

IT Strategy & Advisory

A vendor-neutral roadmap and budget you can take to the board, reviewed as the business changes.

08

Networking & Infrastructure

Wired, wireless and server infrastructure designed for the load you'll be carrying in three years.

09

Digital Transformation

Sequence the change so people, process and systems land together instead of one painful piece at a time.

How we work

Assess, stabilise, then improve.

We don't start with a proposal. We start by finding out what you actually have — because most quotes in this industry are guesses dressed as certainty.

  1. 01

    Discovery & audit

Two weeks mapping systems, licences, risks and costs. You keep the documentation whether or not you engage us.

  2. 02

    Stabilise the essentials

Backups, identity, patching and monitoring first. These are the controls that decide how bad a bad day gets.

  3. 03

    Improve on a roadmap

Cloud, data, automation and transformation work sequenced against your budget and reviewed each quarter.

Clients

The work speaks quietly.

"We'd outgrown the 'mate who does IT' arrangement. Halyard mapped everything, fixed the backups first, then worked through the rest without ever making it our problem."
Danielle W. Operations Manager, wholesale distributor
"The migration happened over two evenings and nobody on the floor noticed on Monday. That's the highest praise I can give an IT project."
Anh N. General Manager, engineering firm
"They regularly tell us what we don't need to buy. That's how we know the rest of the advice is honest."
Rob K. Director, allied health group

FAQ

Before you call.

Do we have to move everything across at once?

No. Most engagements start with one problem — usually backups, security or a failing server — and expand only when you're satisfied with how the first piece went.

Are we locked into a long contract?

Managed agreements run month to month after an initial 90-day onboarding period. If we're not useful, you shouldn't need a contract to keep you.

We already have internal IT — is that a problem?

Roughly a third of our clients have an internal IT person or team. We take the specialist and after-hours load so they can stay on the work that needs company knowledge.

What size businesses do you work with?

Typically 10 to 200 staff across Greater Brisbane — big enough that downtime costs real money, small enough that IT isn't somebody's full-time department.
