What we do.
Most of our work is repeat maintenance for a handful of agencies. Everything below we do ourselves, except gas and high-voltage electrical.
Painting & Decorating
Interior repaints between tenancies, and exterior work in the drier months.
Carpentry & Joinery
Repairs to decks, stairs, cupboards and anything that has stopped closing properly.
Tiling & Waterproofing
Bathroom repairs and re-grouting. Full waterproofing comes with a certificate.
Roofing & Guttering
Gutter clearing, downpipes, leak chasing and tile replacement.
Plumbing
Taps, toilets, leaks and hot water. Licensed plumber on the crew.
Fencing & Decking
Repairs and replacements, usually quoted from photos before we attend.
End-of-lease make-goods
A single visit that clears the whole exit report, quoted from the report itself.
