Meridian was founded on a simple discomfort: in almost every property transaction, the professionals in the room are paid by the seller. We built an agency that answers to the other side of the table.
Our beginning
Founded in a frustration, refined into a craft.
After fourteen years advising vendors, our founder grew tired of watching buyers walk into rooms unarmed. In 2011 she turned the practice around: same knowledge, opposite allegiance.
Today Meridian remains deliberately small. We take a limited number of mandates each quarter so that every client receives the quiet, complete attention the work demands.
