Yes — we process private health claims on the spot, so you only pay the gap. Bring your card and we'll tell you the out-of-pocket cost before treatment starts.
When should my child have their first visit?
Around their first birthday, or whenever the first tooth appears. Early visits are mostly a look, a count and a sticker — the point is that the chair stops being scary.
I haven't been to a dentist in years. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and it's more common than you'd think. Your first visit is a look and a conversation — we'll sort out priorities together and go at whatever pace you're comfortable with.
