What we do

Nine disciplines, one accountable team.

Most of our clients start with managed support and grow into the rest. You are never handed off to a call centre or a different company halfway through a project.

Cloud Computing & Migration

Move mail, files and line-of-business apps to the cloud without a weekend of downtime — planned, staged and reversible.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Multi-factor rollout, endpoint protection, phishing simulation and a written control set your insurer and clients can actually read.

Managed IT & Support

Day-to-day helpdesk, patching, onboarding and offboarding for every person and device on your books.

Software Development

Internal tools, integrations and portals built when off-the-shelf software stops fitting the way you work.

Data Analytics & BI

Pull the numbers out of your accounting, job and CRM systems into one dashboard the whole team trusts.

AI & Automation Solutions

Take the repetitive admin out of quoting, invoicing and reporting — with sensible guardrails on what stays human.

IT Strategy & Advisory

A three-year roadmap and budget you can take to the board, reviewed with you every quarter.

Networking & Infrastructure

Cabling, switching, firewalls and Wi-Fi designed for the building you're actually in — including the warehouse.

Digital Transformation

Retire the spreadsheets and paper forms one process at a time, with your team brought along rather than surprised.

Indicative pricing

Work out roughly what this costs, before you call us.

Move the sliders, pick a tier, tick what you need. The breakdown updates as you go, and shows exactly how the number is built. It is an estimate — a scoped quote follows a proper conversation about your setup.

The first month

A takeover you barely feel.

Changing IT providers has a reputation for being painful. Ours runs to a schedule you can see, and your current provider is treated professionally throughout.

  1. 01

    Week one

We document what you actually have

Every device, licence, mailbox, firewall and forgotten server. You get the register whether or not you sign with us.

  2. 02

    Week two

We fix the things that keep breaking

The recurring tickets, the printer nobody can reach, the backup that has been failing quietly since March.

  3. 03

    Weeks three and four

We close the obvious security gaps

Multi-factor everywhere, admin rights tidied, offboarding that actually removes access, monitoring switched on.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

You get a roadmap, not a mystery

A quarterly review covering spend, risk and what's coming — in language you can hand straight to your accountant.

About Beacon Ridge

Small enough to know your name. Big enough to cover you.

We started in Osborne Park because too many Perth businesses were paying for IT support and still doing their own troubleshooting. Our engineers are certified, employed here, and answer the phone themselves — there is no offshore tier one.

We work with accountants, builders, clinics, logistics operators and professional services firms, mostly between five and eighty staff. If you're outgrowing the person who "does the computers", that's usually the moment we get the call.

In their words

What changes after the handover.

"We used to log a ticket and wait a day to hear anything. Now someone calls back within the hour and tells us what they're doing. The difference in the office is obvious."
Danielle R.Practice Manager, Balcatta
"They migrated forty staff to the cloud over one weekend and nobody lost a file. The plan they gave us beforehand was the plan that happened."
Sam O.Operations Director, Malaga
"Our insurer asked for evidence of our security controls. Beacon Ridge had the documentation ready the same week — we didn't have to scramble."
Priya N.Finance Lead, Osborne Park

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is the estimate on this page the real price?

It's an indicative figure built from published per-seat rates, so it lands close for a straightforward setup. Servers, multiple sites, unusual software or a messy starting point can move it. We only ever quote a fixed number after we've looked at what you have.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Managed support runs month to month with 30 days' notice. Project work is quoted separately and fixed before it starts.

What happens to our current IT provider?

We handle the handover directly with them, collect credentials and documentation, and keep it civil. Most transitions are complete inside two weeks with no gap in support.

Do you come on-site, or is it all remote?

Both. Most issues are solved remotely within minutes, but we're a Perth team with vans — cabling, hardware swaps and new-site setups happen in person across the metro area.

We're only six people. Are we too small?

Not at all — small teams are most of our book. The Essential tier exists precisely so a six-person office gets monitoring, patching and backup without paying enterprise rates.

A 20-minute conversation is enough for us to tell you whether we're a fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere sensible.
